JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Responsible for co-ordination of Medical Tourism team.
- Responsible for handling the complete itinerary of the visitors from arrival, departure, ticketing, hospital transfers,
Medical care and allied services delivered to utmost customer satisfaction.
- Ensure Processes and Create support applications that will translate into effective service delivery for every customer
- Work closely with business development team to set up adequate networking with medical institutions, and travel houses
- Maintain cordial relationship with vendors/partners and create mutually beneficial environment for company and partners
- Maintain adequate knowledge and database of the customers, prospects and vendors
Desired Profile:
- Atleast 2 years Experience in any customer service industry, preferably hospitality industry.
- Must possess good communication skills in English.
- Functional familiarity with computers with exposure to Microsoft Office.
- International client handling experience is a plus
- Any Bachelors or Masters degree
Executive Operations - MediTourism
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Handle customer enquiries, coordinate with medical institutions , suggest appropriate options to enable customers make informed decision on Medicare
- Ensure that every prospect customer gets due attention by giving guidance, facilitating quotes from Medical institution to fulfill customer needs
- Complete all support requirements like – pre diagnosis reports, insurance formalities, regulatory compliance and making final plan for customers arrival / stay and departure
- Coordinate with vendors / medical institutions - block surgery dates, bookings and reservations
- Maintain cordial relationship with Medical institutions and create mutually beneficial environment
- Maintain adequate knowledge of customer itinerary and ensure satisfaction in every facet of customer experience related hospitality needs
Desired Profile:
