Kadavu Authentic Ayurveda Centre is at a unique conjunction of history, geography and culture, near Calicut city on the captivating banks of river Chaliyar, which continues to attract every explorer since the days of Vasco Da Gama. 

The ambience at Kadavu is set in the breathtaking natural beauty of Kerala, tailor-made for rejuvenating, in the way of Ayurveda. Ayurvedic Treatments in Kadavu are broadly of two types, Panchakarma and Shamanam. Panchakarma or five fold line of treatments means purification of the body through Vamanam (emesis), Virechanam (purgation), Basti (enema), Nasyam (Nasal medication) and Raktha moksha (blood letting). It is also called Shodhanam. Shamanam means subsidence of disease and symptoms by Kshut (fasting), Trit nigraham (restriction of fluids), Vyayamam (exercise), Atapaseva (sun rays), Maruta seva (breeze/ air) etc., and the intake of carefully selected and prepared medicines.

In this age of stress, relaxation has been abused. Ayurveda puts forth that to live is to relax. The healthy way of living leads to everlasting bliss.
